The Kearney County Health Services medical staff is organized and governed by the KCHS Medical Staff Bylaws, which are subject to the approval of the KCHS Board of Trustees.

To assure quality care and competency, only licensed health care practitioners who have been through the KCHS credentialing process are allowed clinical privileges at KCHS.

Jon Becker, PA

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (Tuesday Off) 8:00 a.m. -5 p.m. Rotating Saturday 8-12 a.m.
Education:
BS in Biology (Major) Chemistry (Minor) Kearney State College, Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, University of Nebraska, Omaha
Professional Experience:
Jon Becker has over 15 years of rural health care experience including: inpatient and outpatient services, primary care, emergency room services and geriatric care services.

Education:Diploma in Nursing, Bryan School for Nursing, Lincoln; BS in Nursing Creighton University, Omaha; Master of Science in Nursing and Women’s Health, University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha
Professional Experience:
Nursing experience in Intensive Care, Cardiac Rehab and over 23 years as a Flight Nurse for Good Samaritan Health Systems.

  

 

   

                                      

Shannon Kuehn, APRN

Office Hours:  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Education: Undergraduate University of Nebraska Medical Center; Master of Science in Nursing at Creighton University

Professional Experience:

Emergency room, hospital and specialty clinic environment as a primary registered nurse and charge nurse, proficient in computer documentation, administering and titrating medications, managing patient's medications, health promotion and physical assessment of patients.

 

 

Tiffany Weeder, APRN, WCN

Office Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday  8 am- 5 pm

                     Wound Care Clinic-Thursday  8 am - 5pm

Education:  BSN in Nursing from Creighton University-Omaha; Masters in Science in Nursing- University of Nebraska Medical Center-Omaha.

Professional Experience: Intensive Care Unit RN with experience in severe health conditions, including head trauma, respiratory failure, stroke and cardiac bypass surgery; acute care RN of all populations in critical access hospital and emergency room; Wound Care Nurse providing preventative and or immediate treatment to patients with acute or chronic wounds in an outpatient setting.
