Brielle Grams has served as the Human Resources Manager at KCHS since April 2019. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science with a minor in Healthcare Management from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Before joining KCHS, Brielle worked in the hiring department at The Buckle’s corporate office, where she supported store managers in building their teams. She brings a total of seven years of experience in the HR field.
Brielle’s favorite part of working at KCHS is the sense of family among the staff. No matter the role or department, she appreciates how friendly, collaborative, and supportive her coworkers are.
Outside of work, Brielle enjoys life on the farm with her husband and loves being a mom. She also treasures time spent with friends and extended family.
