The KCHS Rehabilitation staff works closely with you, providing quality sessions utilizing a combination of therapeutic exercises and activities, manual techniques, modalities (heat, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, etc.), state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment, and home exercise programs to assist you in reaching your goals.

Physical Therapy can provide non-invasive treatment options for pain relief from a number of musculoskeletal conditions. Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy can help you regain independence, mobility, and strength after an illness or accident, such as an orthopedic injury, stroke, head injury, cardiac disease or cancer. Speech Therapy can provide a wide variety of speech, language, and swallowing therapies to inpatients and outpatients, as well as home care services to adults, children, and infants.
Our Rehabilitation team will perform a comprehensive evaluation designed to treat your individual needs.
A referral by a physician is usually necessary. KCHS services, including Physical Therapy, are in-network with BlueCross BlueShield, United Healthcare, Cigna, Medica, and other major insurance providers. We also accept Medicare patients. However, please check with your individual insurance carrier for specific details related to Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy services.
