Brittani Shubert serves as the Director of Outpatient Services at KCHS. She began her journey with the organization in October 2018, starting as a floor nurse before earning her pharmacy technician certification. She went on to serve as Pharmacy Manager before transitioning into her current leadership role in Outpatient Services.
Brittani’s passion for nursing began early, working in a nursing home while still in high school. She discovered a love for trauma care and fast-paced environments while working as a CNA at Mary Lanning. After earning her RN, she joined KCHS, where she continues to thrive in roles that challenge her and allow her to grow.
She enjoys the variety her current role brings, no two days are the same. She appreciates the opportunity to support multiple departments when needed.
Outside of work, Brittani is a proud dog mom who enjoys reading, camping, fishing, and spending time with friends and family.
