Erin Schwenka joined KCHS in October 2010 as the Director of Materials Management. She holds a degree in Medical Technology from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Before coming to KCHS, Erin spent 9 years as a Medical Technologist at Mary Lanning Healthcare, where she gained experience in healthcare and management.
Erin loves the family-like atmosphere at KCHS and enjoys providing employees the supplies and equipment they need to provide outstanding care. She’s passionate about finding cost effective, quality care products for use at KCHS so that our community can have exceptional, affordable healthcare close to home.
Erin lives in Minden with her sons Brycen and Mason. They also have five pets – one Lab, two Australian Shepherds and two cats! Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, golfing, or doing anything crafty or creative. She also loves cooking with Mason and spends her weekends in the fall cheering on the Dordt Defender Football team.
