Mark Klabunde joined KCHS in September 2020 and currently serves as the Director of Pharmacy. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and went on to complete his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2001. Prior to joining KCHS, Mark spent 25 years at Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney, gaining extensive experience in hospital pharmacy operations and patient care.
Mark feels fortunate to be part of the team at KCHS. He values the strong collaboration among staff and providers and is proud to be part of an organization that puts patients first.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife, Melissa, and their two children, Addison and Zach. He stays busy following his kids’ activities, cheering on Whippet and Husker sports, and enjoys golfing, fishing, and cooking in his free time.
