Birth to 6 Years
- Hepatitis B
- DTaP (diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis)
- Hib (Haemophilus influenzae type b)
- Polio (IPV)
- Pneumococcal (PCV13)
- Rotavirus (RV)
- MMR (measles, mumps, rubella)
- Varicella (chickenpox)
- Hepatitis A
- Annual flu (influenza) vaccine
7 to 18 Years
- Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis)
- HPV (human papillomavirus)
- Meningococcal conjugate
- Annual flu (influenza) vaccine
- Catch-up vaccines, if needed (such as MMR, Varicella, or Hepatitis A)
19 to 26 Years
Vaccines you may need include:
- Annual flu (influenza) vaccine
- COVID-19 vaccines
- HPV (if not fully vaccinated earlier)
- Meningococcal vaccines (if at increased risk)
- Tdap or Td booster every 10 years
- Catch-up vaccines, if needed
27 to 49 Years

50 to 64 Years
