The KCHS Rehabilitation staff works closely with you, providing quality sessions utilizing a combination of therapeutic exercises and activities, manual techniques, modalities (heat, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, etc.), state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment, and home exercise programs to assist you in reaching your goals.
Our Rehabilitation Services include:
- Physical Therapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Speech Therapy
Physical Therapy can provide non-invasive treatment options for pain relief from a number of musculoskeletal conditions. Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy can help you regain independence, mobility, and strength after an illness or accident, such as an orthopedic injury, stroke, head injury, cardiac disease or cancer. Speech Therapy can provide a wide variety of speech, language, and swallowing therapies to inpatients and outpatients, as well as home care services to adults, children, and infants.
Our Rehabilitation team will perform a comprehensive evaluation designed to treat your individual needs. A referral by a physician is usually necessary. KCHS services, including Physical Therapy, are in-network with BlueCross BlueShield, United Healthcare, Cigna, Medica, and other major insurance providers. We also accept Medicare patients. However, please check with your individual insurance carrier for specific details related to Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy services.

Ross Oberg, DPT Director of Rehabilitation
Ross Oberg is a physical therapist as well as a certified and licensed athletic trainer. He enjoys working with athletes of all ages, but has a passion for working with our high school athletes. He has certification in dry needling treatment as well as instrumented assisted manual therapy techniques and taping application. He has worked in the Minden community for over 10 years.
Mary Lutkemeier, MPT
Mary Lutkemeier has worked as a physical therapist in the Minden community for over 20 years. In that time she has gained experience working with pediatric patients, to geriatric patients, and everything in between, and in a variety of therapy settings.
Lindsey Krull, DPT
Lindsey Krull is a physical therapist originally from Minden, with experience working in a rural outpatient setting. She enjoys working with a variety of patients and is trained in the administration of dry needling techniques. Lindsey has special interest in providing post-operative care, treating orthopedic injuries, and returning athletes to competition
